My goal is to provide everything you need to succeed, becoming your single source for all things performance. There are 11 areas of inquiry on the Wheel Of Optimization. We will need to determine which areas are prime for improving through talks, surveys and in-person evaluations.

What’s Incuded

  • Daily check in through text, unlimited.

  • Weekly Zoom, 1 hour. Added meeting time available at extra cost

  • Weekly target tracking and goal adjustment. This includes CGM monitoring, dietary intake, nutraceuticals, hydration, exercise, as well as mental and energetic states.

  • Nutrition programming including foods to add/avoid, shopping lists, resources for meals and guided support throughout the process.

  • Fitness programming, cardio and strength included. 

  • Remote BioEnergetic evaluation included upon sign up

Additional Support and Testing

Cardiovascular - VO2 testing is the method of managing your CV health. This test can either be provided at my Lab or we can locate a lab in your area.

Metabolic - Resting Metabolic Rate test allows us to know precisely how many calories your body requires daily. This test can either be provided at my Lab or we can locate a lab in your area.

CGM - Wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor isn’t required but is the best way to manage your daily glucose trends and make sure you’re hitting ideal targets. Through Levels Health, a third-party glucose management app, we can have the data needed to successfully navigate your metabolic health.

Movement & Postural Optimization - This is your opportunity to work with our Physical Therapist on postural correction, mobility, and resolving pain.

Iron Haus Strength Training - For San Antonio area residents, this is a chance to train with Joe in his personal gym.

Personal Chef - We work with personal chefs in your area to tailor a meal plan that will ensure you’re eating an optimized diet of healthy foods. Chef-prepared meals delivered to your home are an incredible way to create success in your optimization journey.

Step 1

To begin your process of optimization, please take our Intake Evaluation and let us know when you’ve completed that step.

Step 2

Schedule your Path to Performance meeting. This is your opportunity to dig in with your Strategist and outline the initial processes of your optimization plan. This will be done either via Zoom or in person.

Step 3

Set targets and establish means for tracking. Outline daily rituals, health habits and optimize patterns of daily life. Step 3 embodies the heart of the program. Once you’re here, you’re soul-deep in becoming your best.
