Discovering Divine Frequency

When we start paying attention, it’s easy to see that there’s a divine frequency, a cadence or rhythm, that can be easily disrupted in our day-to-day lives. When you feel friction. When you feel fear. Anytime love is absent. Anytime harmony is on hold and chaos steps in. Maintaining the frequency is a challenge we all face when we come to realize that this enigmatic oscillation exists.

This divine frequency is the order of nature. It’s the reason seasons change. It’s sacred geometry. At its very essence, it’s perfection.

What’s not perfect? A fight with your best friend. A car crash. Things that cause distress and push us to lose our grip on harmonious rhythm. It’s whatever makes you feel like you’ve taken a step down a dimly lit alley with a simultaneous loss of your sense of direction. It commonly results in a division of heart and mind leaving the cognitive in the driver’s seat. The separation of heart and mind increases dissonance and sends us spiraling away from our original frequency of perfection.

It’s important to create rituals and habits that help us identify frequency disruptors, redirect our focus to what truly matters, and support restorative practices by redefining ourselves.

Steps:
1) Identify: Search for the things in your life that lead you away from that blissful feeling of true happiness and joy. If it doesn’t elevate you, tag it as a possible source of distraction.
2) Redirect: Establish methods of love and logic. Banish simple reactions. Alter the standard pattern to fit your new paradigm.
3) Redefine: Create a new role for yourself that seeks to stay tuned into the divine frequency and knows how to instantly identify distractions. This is the ultimate you. The Super-You.

Bring your focus to the beauty that is around you and find that spark of light in everything. Create a model of perfection and hold that close to your heart. Use the divine frequency to tune into your infinite essence of being.

Live well,
Joe
